Once snow stops, I clear at a 5cm accumulation and have you done by 7am so you can get out for work. During a declared major storm or a 20cm+ dump, timing can stretch, but your driveway is cleared the same day — guaranteed.
Exactly what it says. If snow has stopped overnight and your driveway isn't cleared by 7am, that clearing costs you nothing and I credit you $25. It's how a new-to-you operator earns trust: the risk is on me, not you.
